HOUSTON, USA — In a major acknowledgment of Pakistan’s development leadership, Federal Minister for Planning, Development, and Special Initiatives, Prof. Ahsan Iqbal, was awarded the Certificate of Special Congressional Recognition by United States Congressman Al Green.
