ISLAMABAD — In a major step toward streamlining Pakistan’s technical education framework, top officials from GIZ Pakistan and the TVET Sector Support Programme held a strategic briefing with the newly appointed Chairman of the National Vocational and Technical Training Commission (NAVTTC), Engineer Qamar ul Islam Raja.
