China’s UNI INT Delegation Meets Chairman NAVTTC to Boost Pakistan’s TVET Sector

ISLAMABAD — An international delegation from UNI INT China met with the Chairman of the National Vocational and Technical Training Commission (NAVTTC), Engr. Qamar ul Islam Raja, at the NAVTTC Headquarters today to discuss strategic advancements in vocational training.

The high-level meeting centered on key matters relating to the improvement, modernization, and enhancement of the Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) sector, aiming to elevate the capabilities of the skilled workforce in Pakistan.

Building a ‘Future Ready Pakistan’

During the session, both sides explored avenues to upgrade training methodologies, align skills with international market demands, and introduce advanced technical programs for Pakistani youth.

Chairman NAVTTC Engr. Qamar ul Islam Raja appreciated the ongoing initiatives and contributions of UNI INT. He urged the delegation to expand their efforts toward building a “Future Ready Pakistan” by introducing cutting-edge digital and technical skills that match global industrial standards.

Streamlining Future Coordination

The meeting concluded with a mutual vote of thanks and a shared commitment to streamlining institutional pathways for smoother future coordination.

The partnership is expected to open up new opportunities for joint certification, capacity building for trainers, and enhanced employment avenues for Pakistani workers in both local and international markets, particularly within regional economic projects.
