NEW YORK / ISLAMABAD — In a strategic move to boost regional technological cooperation, Pakistan and Tajikistan have held high-level talks in New York focused on artificial intelligence, startup ecosystems, and digital skill-building for the youth.
The meeting took place between the Chairman of the Prime Minister’s Youth Programme (PMYP), Rana Mashhood Ahmad Khan, and Mr. Khurshed Mirzo, Director of the Agency of Innovation and Digital Technologies of Tajikistan.
Synergizing the Prime Minister’s Digital Youth Hub (DYH)
A central focus of the dialogue was creating direct structural linkages between Pakistan’s landmark Prime Minister’s Digital Youth Hub (DYH) and Tajikistan’s rapidly evolving artificial intelligence ecosystem.
The two sides explored actionable strategies to empower the younger demographic across both nations through technology, cross-border entrepreneurship, and comprehensive digital transformation.

The discussions laid out a collaborative roadmap prioritizing the following technological and social sectors:
