CSR Forum Pakistan Launches ‘Plant for Pakistan 2026’ Campaign to Accelerate Climate Action

ISLAMABAD — CSR Forum Pakistan has officially launched its Plant for Pakistan 2026 campaign, extending a nationwide call to action for businesses, educational institutions, community groups, and individual citizens to drive environmental sustainability through structured tree plantation efforts.

The initiative aims to mobilize widespread civic and corporate participation to build climate resilience, expand green cover, and combat deforestation across the country.

How to Get Involved

The campaign provides dedicated participation pathways tailored for both organizations and individual citizens:

1. Organizational Drives

  • Action: Companies, educational institutions, civil society groups, and community organizations are encouraged to organize collective plantation drives involving employees, students, or volunteers.
  • Recognition: Registered drives will be showcased across CSR Forum Pakistan’s platforms to highlight institutional commitment to environmental stewardship and inspire wider action.

2. Individual Contributions

  • Action: Citizens can participate directly by planting at least five trees, documenting their activity through photos or videos, and submitting details via the campaign portal.
  • Recognition: Individual contributors will receive an official Certificate of Participation / Appreciation from CSR Forum Pakistan in recognition of their contribution to the green movement.

Driving Sustainable Impact

Recognizing early contributors—including Muhammad Younis for his participation—CSR Forum Pakistan emphasized that long-term environmental protection relies on continuous, community-led initiatives alongside institutional policy.

“CSR Forum Pakistan invites individuals, organizations, and communities to take meaningful climate action by planting trees and contributing toward a greener, healthier, and more resilient Pakistan—one tree at a time.”
