Crescent Cotton Mills Limited (CCM) announced on Monday key appointments.

The development was shared in a notice to the Pakistan Stock Exchange today.

The notice said that the company had re-appointed Taimur Amjad as Chairman of the Board of the Company for the next term of three years commencing from May 18, 2026.

“Furthermore, Abid Mahmood has been re-appointed as chief executive officer of the company for the next term of three years commencing from June 01, 2026,” the listed company informed the bourse.

The company was set up in 1959 under the provisions of the Companies Act, 1913 (now Companies Ordinance, 1984).

The company manufactures and sells yarn and hosiery items. It also trades in cloth and has an embroidery unit as well.
