ISLAMABAD — Federal Minister for Planning, Development, and Special Initiatives Professor Ahsan Iqbal met with the Ambassador of Spain to Pakistan, H.E. Carlos Aragon, to explore new avenues for expanding bilateral ties. • Architectural Heritage: Minister Ahsan Iqbal noted that the architecture of the University of Narowal draws design inspiration from Al-Andalus and Granada, representing the historical and cultural links between the two nations.

• Early Childhood Development: Recalling his participation in the International Conference on Early Childhood Development in Spain, Prof. Ahsan Iqbal expressed Pakistan’s desire to co-host the upcoming edition alongside Spain and UNICEF, while extending an invitation to Her Majesty Queen Letizia of Spain to attend.
